Whipped Feta Dip Recipe
Whipped Feta Dip is creamy, tangy and so satisfying with Pita Chips or fresh veggies for dipping. One of the easiest appetizer recipes.

Ingredients
- 8 oz feta cheese block ((cold) drained and crumbled)
- 4 oz cream cheese (cold)
- 1/2 cup thick sour cream (cold)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for serving)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed (make sure to zest it first))
- 1 g arlic clove (minced or pressed)
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
- 1 -2 Tbsp EVOO
- Parsley (finely chopped, to garnish)
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Red Pepper flakes (crushed, to garnish)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to garnish)
- Pita Bread
- Pita Chips
- Sliced vegetables (cucumbers, radishes, bell pepper, small tomatoes)
Steps

In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a chopping blade, combine all of the feta dip ingredients. Blend on high speed for 3-4 minutes, or until completely smooth, scraping down the bowl halfway.

Transfer to a shallow serving bowl and swirl the top with a spoon to create grooves. Drizzle all over with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle on crushed red pepper flakes, parsley, lemon zest and freshly cracked black pepper.

Serve right away with Pita Chips or vegetables for dipping, or cover and refrigerate.*
