Ingredients

  • 12 ounces crumbled or block feta cheese
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about half a large lemon)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest (about half a large lemon)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Steps

  1. Add 12 ounces crumbled or block feta cheese, 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 2 teaspoons lemon zest, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, and 1 pinch red pepper flakes to a food processor.

  2. Pulse until the feta mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Serve with pita bread, carrots, crackers, or cucumbers.
