Whipped Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip
Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip is a creamy, high-protein snack made with avocado, cottage cheese, lime, and cilantro. Lighter than traditional guacamole, it’s perfect for dipping veggies, scooping with chips, or spreading on sandwiches and wraps.

- 6 ounces avocado (from 1 large Hass)
- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese (I love Good Culture)
- 3 1/2 to 4 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons red onion (chopped )
- ½ medium jalapeño ( with seeds if you want to make it spicy, stemmed)
- 2 g arlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (plus more for garnish)
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ cup chopped tomatoes (for topping)
Steps
In a small food processor, combine the avocado, cottage cheese, lime juice, red onion, ½ jalapeño with seeds, garlic, cilantro and salt. Purée until smooth, transfer to a bowl and top with tomatoes, garnish with cilantro.
