Wedang Roti Khas Semarang

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 lembar roti tawar
  • 500 santan (1 bungkus santan instan rose brand 65ml +air)
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 38 g r (1 sachet) kental manis
  • 2 sdm gula pasir rose brand
  • 1 lembar daun pandan
  • 1 ruas jahe geprek

Steps

  1. Siapkan bahan, kupas dan cuci jahe lalu geprek

  2. Rebus santan, tambahkan daun pandan, gula pasir, kental manis dan garam, aduk, masak hingga mendidih

  3. Potong - potong roti tawar, taruh ke dalam gelas / mangkok

  4. Tuang santan ke dalam potongan roti tawar, siap di nikmati
