- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 1/8 teaspoon garam halal
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups semangka potong dadu
- 2 cups bengkuang kupas dan potong dadu
- 1 large mentimun (kupas, buang bijinya dan potong dadu)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 ounces cubed or crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves

Dalam mangkuk besar, kocok jus jeruk nipis, minyak zaitun, madu, garam, dan merica.

Tambahkan semangka, bengkuang, mentimun, dan bawang merah ke dalam mangkuk dan aduk hingga terlapisi. Tambahkan feta dan mint, lalu aduk perlahan.
