Vegan Banana Splits
Simple, 7-ingredient vegan banana splits with creamy, no-churn chocolate ice cream! Mix and match toppings to your liking. Healthier than your average banana split!

- 2 medium bananas
- 6 scoops No-Churn Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream (or sub other dairy-free ice cream)
- 3 Tbsp dairy-free chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup cherries ((pitted and halved // or sub strawberries))
- Coconut Whipped Cream
- Toasted coconut flake ((optional))
- Salted roasted peanuts or almonds ((optional))
Steps
Split bananas and top each with 2-3 scoops of ice cream.
Top with desired toppings. I went with chocolate sauce, coconut whipped cream, cherries, toasted coconut, and roasted salted peanuts.
