Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)
  • ¼ cup white onion (finely diced )
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, white onion, egg, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.

  3. Gently mix all ingredients just until combined, do not overmix. Divide the meat mixture evenly, rolling into 24 meatballs, 1-inch in diameter. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F. (Do not overbake).
