Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp cuka balsamic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • garam halal dan merica segar secukupnya
  • 2 medium tomat matang
  • 3 oz part skim mozzarella (sliced into 6 slices)
  • 2 cups arugula

Steps

  1. Dalam blender kecil, campurkan kemangi, minyak zaitun, balsamic, sedikit garam, dan lada segar.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Iris bagian atas dan bawah tomat, buang.

  4. Potong tomat menjadi 3 irisan yang sama besar dan bumbui dengan sedikit garam agar tomat tetap utuh dengan cara yang sama seperti saat dipotong.

  5. Place 3/4 cup of arugula on each plate.

  6. Buat dua tower dengan melapisi tomat, mozzarella, arugula, hingga terbentuk dua tower, satu di tiap piring.

  7. Taburi tomat dengan sisa arugula, lalu taburi dengan lada segar dan gerimis dengan minyak dan cuka.
