Tomato Jam
Tomato Jam is a great way to use up all those summer tomatoes! It's such a simple yet flavorful condiment to add to all kinds of dishes.

- 1 ½ pounds ripe tomatoes (diced, about 4 cups)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar (or honey)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 jalapeño (or serrano chile, minced, optional)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cumin
Steps
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 60-70 minutes or until thickened and jammy.
Cool before serving.
