Ingredients

  • 4 cups arugula (or mixed greens)
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes (about 8 ounces)
  • ½ small red onion (sliced)
  • 8 ounces burrata (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
