- 5 -6 large Roma Tomatoes (diced)
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil (Sliced Thin)
- 1 Teaspoon Flaky Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar

In a medium bowl toss the tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar together. Taste a small amount and add more salt and pepper if needed.
