The Dark Rose
A romantic twist on the classic Moscow Mule, this is the perfect tequila ginger winter cocktail to share with someone special!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) tequila
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) raspberry liqueur (Chambord) ((optional))
- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
- 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup ginger beer
- pomegranate arils, for serving
- dried rose petals, for serving ((optional))
Steps

1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice.2. Combine the tequila, raspberry liqueur (if using), lemon juice, and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake, shake, shake, to mix. Add ice until chilled. Strain into your prepared glass.3. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with pomegranate arils and rose petals. To Make a Mocktail: omit the vodka and raspberry liquor. Use an additional 2-3 tablespoons of pomegranate juice, plus 1 tablespoon of apple cider. For zing, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
