  • 8 ounces snow peas, (trimmed and halved lengthwise)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • thinly sliced Thai lime leaves, whole Thai basil leaves, chopped cashews and lime wedges ((for serving))
