• 1 ½ cups frozen corn kernels (thawed)
• 1 ½ cups bell pepper (red, yellow or green, diced)
• 15 ounces canned black beans (1 can, drained and rinsed)
• 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
• 16 ounces frozen tater tots
• ⅓ cup salsa
