- 1 pound green beans
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic chili paste (or Sambal Oelek, more to taste)
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Steps
Rinse and trim green beans. Pat dry.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes or until beans are tender-crisp and sauce is slightly thickened
