Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice (I'm sure store bought would work fine as well)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Steps

  1. Layer all ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Puree for a minute or two, until dressing is smooth and thickened.
