Strawberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
4 servings
- 8 ounces frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice (I'm sure store bought would work fine as well)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
Steps

Layer all ingredients into the blender in the order listed. Puree for a minute or two, until dressing is smooth and thickened.
