Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 (750mL) bottle chilled dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • ice and fresh mint sprigs, for serving

Steps

  1. Combine the white wine, fruit, orange liqueur and simple syrup in a large pitcher and gently stir to combine.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 24 hours) to let the flavors meld.

  3. Serve. Stir the sangria once more to combine, then top with club soda or sparkling water for a little fizz. Serve over ice with a few fruit slices and a sprig of mint in each glass and enjoy!
