Sriracha Grilled Shrimp
This grilled sriracha shrimp is one of our favorite spicy summer recipes!

Ingredients
4 servings
- 1 pound medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ¼ cup butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons sriracha
- cilantro (for garnish)
Steps

Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Marinate 30 minutes.

Thread shrimp on skewers. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

Grill shrimp 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
