Ingredients

- 2 medium ripe avocados, (pitted and peeled)
- ½ cup drained, canned white cannellini beans
- 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Steps

Place the avocados, beans, garlic and jalapeño in a mixing bowl, and mash with a fork until chunky. Fold in the cilantro, mint, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips!
