Spicy Baked Beans
Three varieties of beans simmer with plenty of spices and hot sauce to make Spicy Baked Beans one of the easiest and tastiest sides ever.

Ingredients

- 28 ounces light red kidney beans, drained ((2) 14-ounce cans )
- 28 ounces great northern beans, drained ((2) 14-ounce cans )
- 28 ounces Pork & Beans, do not drain ((2) 14-ounce cans )
- 1 medium yellow or white onion (diced small, about 1¼ cups worth)
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons Cholula hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Steps

Combine all the ingredients in a crock-pot. Stir to combine. Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or on LOW for 8-10 hours. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving, if desired.
