Simple Green Salad
Fresh dill, cucumber, and onion are tossed with greens in a simple lemon dressing to make this fresh and easy salad.

Ingredients
4 servings
- 8 cups mixed greens (butter lettuce or red leaf lettuce)
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh dill
- ½ English cucumber (thinly sliced)
- ¼ sweet onion (thinly sliced, or use 3 green onions or red onion)
- 3 tablespoons light olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt (more to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (more to taste)
Steps

In a mason jar, combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sugar, and salt & pepper. Shake vigorously to mix.

In a large salad bowl, combine greens, dill, cucumber, and onion.

Drizzle with dressing, toss, and serve immediately.
