  • 1 red bell pepper (cored and cut into a 1/4-inch dice)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 1/2 lemon)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (plus additional to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (plus additional to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
