Resep Lumpia Semarang
Lumpia are a popular Indonesian dish influenced by Chinese culture, and there are many different types. This recipe will focus on fried lumpia, specifically the Semarang variety.

- 1. Heat the oil then saute the onions until soft. Add the ground spices then saute until cooked and fragrant. 2. Add chicken and shrimp, stir well and cook until it changes color. 3. Add bamboo shoots, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar and stock powder. Stir well. 4. Add scrambled eggs. Cook until cooked and the bamboo shoots are half dry. Correct the taste. 5. Add the sliced spring onions just before lifting, stir well. Lift. Set aside. 6. Prepare skin adhesive. Dissolve wheat flour with water. Set aside. 7. Take a piece of spring roll skin, add enough filling. Fold the right and left sides inward, then roll it up. Glue the ends with glue. Do it until the end. 8. Heat a lot of oil. Fry spring rolls until brownish yellow. Lift and drain. 9. Ready to be served with pickled cucumber and onions, cayenne pepper and thick chocolate sauce.
- 1. In a pan, boil water and garlic. 2. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar and salt. Cook until boiling. 3. Add the cornstarch solution. Stir until the color is shiny and clear. Lift. 4. Ready to serve.
- 1. To get rid of the unpleasant smell, first boil the bamboo shoots with salt, lime leaves and bay leaves until soft. Drain the bamboo shoots (discard the water) then wash until clean. 2. If you want the filling to be sweeter, you can add the amount of granulated sugar according to taste. 3.
