Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Steps

  1. Trim the bottom off of the brussels sprout and cut in half if they are large.

  2. Toss with oil and seasonings.

  3. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and roast at 425°F oven for 17 to 25 minutes (depending on size).
