Ingredients

  • 24 large salami slices
  • 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
  • 3 tablespoons green onion, (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • cracked black pepper, (to taste)
  • 24 toothpicks

Steps

  1. Add the softened cream cheese, green onion, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  2. Using an electric hand mixer, mix until smooth and combined.

  3. Spread 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom half of a slice of salami.

  4. Roll up the salami and secure it with a toothpick.

  5. Repeat the steps until all of the salami rolls are formed. Enjoy!
