Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chives (super finely chopped (about 1 small bunch fresh chives))
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
