Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped OR fresh mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lb strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 5 ounces blueberries
  • 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and chopped OR 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 5 ounces blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine the pineapple, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, oranges, kiwis, and blackberries in a medium-sized bowl.

  2. Whisk together the lime juice, honey, salt, and poppyseeds. Pour over the fruit. Toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
