Quick Cilantro Slaw
Light, creamy, and a little bit spicy, this Cilantro Slaw is a terrific side dish or topping for tacos.

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, about 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno, minced ((reduce amount for less heat))
- 1 g arlic clove, minced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 cups thinly shredded green cabbage, about ½ a large head cabbage
- 3 g reen onions, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Steps
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro. Whisk to combine.
Add the cabbage and green onion to the bowl with the mayonnaise mixture. Season with salt and mix to combine.
Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
