  • 3 oz french bread or baguette
  • 2/3 cup baby arugula
  • .75 oz imported prosciutto (fat trimmed)
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh cracked pepper
