  • 3 tablespoons minyak
  • 1 tablespoon kecap
  • 1 tablespoon kecap manis
  • 12 udang (kupas dan buang bijinya)
  • 12 pieces daging babi
  • 12 kerang teluk
  • 12 potongan tipis kue ikan
  • 1/2 bisa kaldu ayam
  • 5 stalks Chinese mustard green (choy sum, cut into 2 inch length (5 cm))
  • 1 1/4 cup air
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1/4 cup air
  • 2 tablespoons saus tiram
  • 1/2 tablespoon kecap
  • 1/8 teaspoon kecap ikan
  • 1/2 teaspoon gula
  • 2 dashes white pepper powder
  • salt (to taste)
