Ingredients

  • 1 can white beans or chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs. caramel sauce
  • 2 tbs. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • chopped dark chocolate
