Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 can white beans or chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbs. caramel sauce
  • 2 tbs. maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • chopped dark chocolate

Steps

  1. Blend everything through milk in a food processor.

  2. Add flour by the spoonful and blend until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Stir in dark chocolate.

  4. Chill before serving.
