Peaches and Cream
Fresh peaches in a cinnamon kissed syrup are topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
4 servings
- 4 small peaches (or 3 large)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water (optional)
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 ⅓ cup vanilla ice cream
Steps

Cut peaches into slices and set in a small saucepan.

Mix with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and water and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid starts to become syrup-like consistency.

Spoon into 4 bowls and top with vanilla ice cream and cream.
