Parmesan Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients
4 servings
- 2 small acorn squash (or 1 large, about 2 lbs)
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut acorn squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and cut squash into 1-inch slices.

Place squash in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss well to combine.
