  • 4 oz . (125g) shrimp (shelled and deveined)
  • 2 oz . (60g) green cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 2 oz . (60g) carrots (cut into thin strips)
  • 2 stalks scallions (cut into 2-inch (5 cm) strips)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • salt (to taste)
