- ½ cup kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground chipotle chile
- 1 teaspoon ground ancho chile
Steps
