Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 (8-ounce) jars with lids

Steps

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the 1 cup old fashioned oats, 1 cup milk, ½ cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey, and a pinch of cinnamon.

  2. Pour into the 3 (8-ounce) jars with lids and seal with lids. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
