Resep Okonomiyaki
Okonomiyaki is a delicious Japanese savory pancake made with eggs, vegetables, and seafood. It’s packed with protein and nutrients, and enhanced with Japanese sauce and bonito flakes – it’s easy to make and incredibly tasty.

- Okonomiyaki Sauce: In a bowl, stir all the ingredients above until smooth. Set aside.
- Okonomiyaki: Add flour, baking soda, dashi, and beaten egg. Then, add water little by little until it becomes a thick dough. Add sugar and salt.
- Top the mixture with cabbage, carrots and green onions. Mix well.
- Heat the pan, take 2 tablespoons of vegetable mixture and spread evenly. Add squid and shrimp then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable mixture and cook until the bottom is cooked. Then, flip and cook until cooked evenly. Do the same until the dough runs out.
- Once cooked, spread the okonomiyaki sauce. Sprinkle with katsuobushi and add mayonnaise to taste. Serve.
- 1. When making the flour and egg mixture, it must be mixed evenly without any lumps. 2. Use medium heat so that the mixture in the okonomiyaki cooks evenly.
