  1. Okonomiyaki Sauce: In a bowl, stir all the ingredients above until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Okonomiyaki: Add flour, baking soda, dashi, and beaten egg. Then, add water little by little until it becomes a thick dough. Add sugar and salt.
  3. Top the mixture with cabbage, carrots and green onions. Mix well.
  4. Heat the pan, take 2 tablespoons of vegetable mixture and spread evenly. Add squid and shrimp then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable mixture and cook until the bottom is cooked. Then, flip and cook until cooked evenly. Do the same until the dough runs out.
  5. Once cooked, spread the okonomiyaki sauce. Sprinkle with katsuobushi and add mayonnaise to taste. Serve.
