Ingredients

1 servings
  • 2 shots espresso, (cooled (about 1/3 cup))
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2½ tablespoons chocolate syrup, (divided)
  • ¼ cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup ((see recipe notes below))
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream

Steps

  1. Add the espresso, ice, 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, half and half and vanilla syrup to a blender. Pulse a few times to break up the ice, and then process until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and top with the whipped cream and remaining ½ tablespoon chocolate syrup.

  3. Serve immediately.
