Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 6 mini brie
  • 3 tbsp jam (jam of choice, or honey)
  • 1 large egg

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F. Gently roll out the puff pastry to a 12x12 square, then cut into 9 equal squares. Place a teaspoon of jam or honey onto each square, then top each square with a mini brie bite.

  2. Wrap the dough around the brie bite, pressing to secure. Flip the bites over so the smooth side is on top.

  3. Lightly beat the egg with 1 tbsp water then brush the tops of the pastry with the egg. Score the tops with a sharp knife.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
