  • 1 small head cabbage, (finely shredded (10 to 12 cups))
  • 1 large mango, (peeled, pitted and chopped (or cut into matchsticks))
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, (to taste)
  • fresh cilantro, (for garnish (optional))
