- 5 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes ((peeled, boiled & mashed))
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half cream
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- freshly ground black pepper, (to taste)
Steps
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well using an electric mixer. Place in a large, buttered casserole dish.
If serving right away, cover and bake in a preheated oven at 325°F. for 50 minutes.
