  • 6 dried red dates
  • 12 g inkgo nuts
  • 5 pieces snow fungus (soaked until soft)

Steps

  1. Didihkan air. Tambahkan lengkeng kering, kurma merah, kacang ginkgo, dan jamur salju. Kecilkan api menjadi rendah dan biarkan mendidih selama 30-45 menit, atau sampai air berubah warna menjadi coklat.
