Lipsmacking Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 box creamy four cheese Rice-A-Roni
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 3 g arlic cloves (pressed)
- 4 strips bacon (sautéed, drained and diced)
- 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
Steps

Cook Rice-A-Roni according to instructions on the package.

Place a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add 4 tbsp olive oil and 1 lb ground turkey. Season with 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Saute turkey until fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula.

Add onion and saute another 3 to 5 minutes, or until onion is soft.

Add pressed garlic and saute 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Sautee 4 strips of bacon, place bacon on paper towels to soak up excess fat, then chop into small pieces.

Add drained corn (cream-style corn is difficult to drain, so just drain the best you can.

Cook another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the cooked, creamy Rice-A-Roni. (note: if your rice seems dry, just add a few tbsp hot water).
