Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 cups kaldu kalkun buatan sendiri (atau kalengan rendah sodium)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup wortel potong dadu
  • 3/4 cup bawang bombay cincang
  • 3/4 cup seledri potong dadu
  • 2 g arlic cloves (minced)
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup peterseli cincang
  • 3 oz uncooked egg noodles (I used no-yolk)
  • 2 cups leftover shredded turkey (about 8 ounces)

Steps

  1. Isi panci besar dengan kaldu kalkun buatan sendiri (atau kalengan).

  2. Tambahkan daun salam, wortel, bawang bombay, seledri, bawang putih, garam dan merica sesuai selera dan masak perlahan selama 10-15 menit hingga sayuran empuk.

  3. Tambahkan peterseli, mie, dan kalkun suwir; masak sesuai petunjuk mie, sekitar 5 menit.

  4. Buang daun salam dan sajikan.
