コロッケ (Korokke) Japanese Croquettes
Sajian "Favorit Keluargaku" minggu ini bikin Korokke aka Perkedel Garing ala Japanese style. Isian nya pake daging, dengan extra keju lumer di dalam. Cocok buat meal prep di freezer, mau makan tinggal goreng. Di bake di oven atau air fryer juga bisa banget, tinggal di spray aja bagian atasnya. Ingredients
4 servings
- 750 g potatoes
- 375 g minced beef
- 1 diced onion
- Seasonings
- 1 block mozarella cheese
- 2 tbs all purpose flour
- 1 -2 beaten eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 200 ml oil for frying
Steps
🥢 Stir fry minced meat and onion, add seasonings. Strain the excess liquid.
🥢Mash steamed potatoes. Combined with minced meat and seasonings until become one big dough.
🥢Take one scoop, fill with cheese, shape it flat and round.
🥢Coat with flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
🥢 Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
🥢 Serve with any sauce you like.
