- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, (at room temperature)
- 1⅔ cups Cool Whip
- ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup Kahlua
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- cut fruit and/or shortbread or ginger cookies, (for serving)
Steps
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the cream cheese, Cool Whip, brown sugar, sour cream and Kahlua. Cover and refrigerate.
Stir in pecans just before serving (or sprinkle them on top).
Serve as a dip for fruit or cookies.
