Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 g reen onions (sliced)
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 8 ounces bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
  • 4 ounces diced jalapeños (drained)
  • warm pretzel bread (for serving )

Steps

  1. Simmer wine, garlic & green onion for 2 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted.

  2. Toss all shredded cheeses with flour. Add Cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients (except bread). Serve warm with bread for dipping.
