- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 g reen onions (sliced)
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 ounces swiss cheese (shredded)
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
- 4 ounces diced jalapeños (drained)
- warm pretzel bread (for serving )
Steps
Simmer wine, garlic & green onion for 2 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Toss all shredded cheeses with flour. Add Cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients (except bread). Serve warm with bread for dipping.
