Italian Chicken Marinade
Try this Italian marinade on chicken, fish, or veggies for a tangy flavor infused in every bite!

- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic (minced or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
Steps
In a medium glass bowl or freezer bag, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Add up to 2 lbs of chicken and toss to coat.
Marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill, bake, or broil as desired.
