Steps

  1. Sift the matcha into a small bowl.

  2. Pour in 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of hot water into the bowl. Use a matcha whisk to mix gently into a smooth paste.

  3. Pour in the remaining hot water and whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until frothy.
