Hot Spiced Cider for Two

Ingredients
2 servings
- 2 cups unsweetened apple juice
- 1 whole cinnamon stick
- 2 whole cloves
- 2 slices lemon
Steps

In small pot, combine the apple juice, cinnamon stick and cloves. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Strain the cider, discarding the spices. Serve hot (or cold) with a slice of lemon.
